My animated emojis
This assignment was to make a animated emoji out of a celebrity and yourself. I made me and Steve Buscemi. I animated a heart around me and Buscemi having demon eyes.
For Steve I looked at a reference image of his face that made a popular meme. I then colored his skin and hair with basic colors and then blended and contoured the lights and darks. I put streaks of color in his hair to represent his own and shading around his wrinkles. Then I animated his eyes to be demonic, starting with white, transforming to black, then having white pupils.

For myself I did a bit of my own cartoon-y style and used mostly bold colors. I started with the line art then filled in the hair and my skin. I contoured and shaded my hair and face. I added earrings so its easier to notice my earrings I wear all the time. Then I added freckles and my 2 signature beauty marks. Next I animated a heart flying up next to me. If I were to alter anything I may have mad the heart pop like a balloon!

Animated gif of jerry
This project was to take a picture of someone or something and make it into a strobe light gif. I chose my dog Jerry as the victim. I mad him transparent before converting it to black and white. After opening the timeline I made it into different colors.
Doodle for google project
I made my design fit for the theme "I hope in the future" and it is that VR is more incorporated in learning!
My Flip book ANimation
For this assignment we had to make a pre sketch of our desired flip book animation. I did someone pushing a tiny skateboard, or tech deck, on a ramp. After the pre sketch I used the under light desk to replicate the ramp and size of the skateboard and make t fill out 16 panels. The end resulted in a nice flipbook, or phenakistocope.
Colored drawing of eggplant
This project was to go over our grayscale in color and paint it visually. I took samples from the original image and used those colors to replicate the eggplant to the best of my ability, the blur was a great tool to use for the "gleam" the vegatable has.
Grayscale drawing of eggplant
This project was to convert an image into a greyscale and repaint it visually. I followed the lines of the vegetable first, and once that first layer was done i repainted what i saw. The most difficult part was the "stretch marks" as i called them and their ridges.
Portfolio
My art I have worked on throughout the year will be shown here.
Selfie photo project
This project was to take pictures of you, what you love, and things you love and collage them together. The transform tool was my best friend to make things fit and move fluently. Magic wand helped outline the photos to get clean trimmings also.
Plant Pathway Project
This project was creating a landscape made out of plants. By following the rules of perspective at converging into one point I gave my piece depth. My merging point is shown through the road in the middle, getting much smaller as length goes on. This simple act of making it smaller gives it depth, and makes it something interesting to explore. I think my most interesting aspects of this piece are the use of light, I attempted to make things further away from the twinkle lights in the foreground darker. I also added a reflection of the gazebo in the water, which i made out of an onion and filters.I think my most difficult aspect of this piece was to get things to seem glowing. Even though i used the glow it didn't seem to come out right in my eyes. I think if i was to add a larger glow to the lights I would have been more satisfied. The stars and moon I am very satisfied with their glow however.
